To deliver daily production plan according to the weekly production plan with the consideration of capacity, change over and battery project delivery schedule;

To set up the layout of production line and warehouse at the beginning;

3、領導團隊，在確保質量、成本和交貨期方面完成生產計劃;

To lead the team to fulfill the production plan in terms of quality, cost and delivery time;

4、跟蹤和改進生產運行指標;

To follow up and improve manufacturing operation indicator;

5、根據公司的紀律和政策管理下屬的工作，確保電池生產區域的工作安全;

To manage subordinates to work align with the company discipline and policy, ensure the working safety in the battery production area;

6、擔任電池生產區域的質量體系負責人;

To be the quality system owner of the battery production area;

7、車間管理5S實施，杜絕浪費。保持設備，布局，材料，產品的有序;

Work shop management. Keep equipment, layout, material, products in order. 5S implementation and eliminate waste;

8、控制加班、考勤、休假等，調配合適的人力資源，使生產順利進行，滿足客戶需求;

To control the over time, attendance, leave and so on in order to deploy right manpower resource for smooth production to satisfied the customer demand;

9、培養下屬的技能;

To develop the skill of subordinators;

10、落實和跟蹤TPM;

To implement & follow up TPM;

11、在持續改進中發揮領導作用;

To take a leading role in continuous improvement;

12、參與PFMEA的制定、更新和相關的行動計劃;

To participate to PFMEA creation& updating & actions plan associated;

13、有新工廠生產管理經驗者優先;

Experience in new plant production management is preferred;

任職要求：

1.本科及以上學歷；

Bachelor Degree or above;

2.電氣、自動化或相關工程專業；

electricity, automation, or related engineering education background ; 

3. 5年以上電氣生產工作經驗 ；

More than 5 years solid experience in the field of electrical mass production;

4.有裝配車間生產管理經驗，或者供應鏈管理經驗；

Proven experience in managing assembling workshop or in supply chains ;

5.有工程和質量管理經驗者優先 ；

Experience on engineering and quality management is a plus ;

6.流利的英語聽說讀寫能力；

Fluent written and spoken English  ;

7.熟練使用office 軟件和ERP系統等；

Proficient in using Microsoft office and ERP system, etc ;
